Booking and Payment

No walk-ins. By appointment only. NOTE: there is no waiting room. 

The fastest way to book a service is online at book.heygoldie.com/juliathegroomer/checkout. There is a reservation deposit of $25. 

Cat owners: your cat must arrive in a cat carrier for his/her safety.

Payment methods: Cash, Venmo, Credit/Debit Card, ApplePay, GooglePay. 

Vaccination: To ensure a groomer and your pet are in a safe environment, any pet must have up-to-date vaccine. You may upload it here, e-mail to julia.thegroomerforcatsanddogs@gmail.com or during booking an appointment. No exemptions. You don't need to upload it at every visit, just upload it once.

Cats: Rabies vaccine.

Dogs: Rabies vaccine.

Cancellation: Cancel your reservation 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so, will incur $25 fee. If consistent no shows & last minute cancellations, I may refuse your future appointments and charge for full appointment fee.
